- Create field issue reports
- Deliver hot patches for field failures
- Design and run safety test cases
- Develop customer success playbooks
- Develop debugging and simulation tools
- Document root cause analysis and hotfixes
- Execute software regressions
- Identify and roll out high impact fixes
- Integrate navigation modules
- Log monitor and test autonomy stack
- Own autonomy application layer
- Train support teams on troubleshooting
