Applied AI Engineer
Tasks
- Analyze user behavior and model responses to improve AI performance
- Build AI driven automation features including chat recommendations and decision support
- Collaborate with product design and engineering teams to ship end to end AI features
- Create prompts and structured AI outputs for production use cases
- Design AI powered product features integrated into insurance workflows
- Develop LLM based interactions for customer and internal systems
- Evaluate model performance using real world data feedback loops and experiments
- Implement guardrails fallback logic and validation layers for reliability
- Integrate AI capabilities into APIs and workflows with backend engineers
