- Build monitoring evaluation and guardrails for production reliability
- Build prototype and ship AI agents copilots and automation workflows
- Build reusable technical accelerators code libraries and reference architectures
- Deliver assigned workstreams end to end including testing iteration and hand off
- Evaluate AI platforms frameworks and tools for practical fit
- Integrate AI tooling with data platforms applications and OT environments
- Mentor junior technical talent
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and delivery plans
