Tasks
- Assess prompt optimization RAG fine tuning and synthetic data techniques
- Collaborate with engineers for research to production handoff on AIRP requirements
- Conduct applied research on LLMs GenAI NLP and agentic AI
- Design experiments to evaluate performance robustness safety scalability and interpretability
- Develop evaluation methodologies using datasets adversarial testing and human review
- Develop prototypes for KYC credit underwriting governance tracking and financial crime use cases
- Document model limitations bias risks and control recommendations
- Translate emerging AI research into practical enterprise recommendations
