Assistant Manager – Patient Enrollment (Night Shift)

Tasks

• Analyze operational reports and identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with clinical research coordinators regulatory and data operations to meet enrollment goals
• Conduct performance reviews coaching and training
• Develop and implement patient recruitment strategies
• Drive continuous process improvements
• Ensure participant screening and enrollment compliance with study protocols FDA regulations HIPAA and GCP
• Handle escalated participant concerns and operational issues
• Lead coach mentor team leads and enrollment specialists
• Maintain participant records in CTMS
• Monitor KPIs productivity quality attendance and enrollment performance
• Prepare daily weekly and monthly operational reports
• Supervise patient enrollment operations
• Support workforce planning scheduling and resource allocation
