Associate Director, Data and Analytics

Tasks
- Collaborate with product engineering operations and security teams
- Define test governance and release quality gates
- Design scalable test automation frameworks
- Develop risk-based test plans
- Drive continuous improvement and shift left quality practices
- Execute functional integration regression and non functional testing
- Implement API UI and service integration tests
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Lead test strategy
- Maintain requirement-to-test traceability
- Manage test data and test environments
- Mentor QA engineers and SDETs
- Own end to end testing for releases
- Perform defect triage and root cause analysis
- Plan and execute testing across delivery teams
- Track quality metrics including test coverage defect leakage and flaky test rate
- Translate requirements into test scenarios and acceptance criteria
- Use cloud and container based test environments
