Tasks
- Apply quantitative image based biomarkers and spatial biology for multimodal data integration
- Design proof of concept studies integrating computational pathology with imaging blood genomics proteomics and clinical data
- Develop and implement biomarker strategies for patient selection and translational decision making
- Develop reusable biomarker approaches and platform capabilities across programs indications and modalities
- Evaluate emerging AI methodologies to advance computational pathology capabilities
- Execute biomarker strategies using AI computational pathology for target identification and patient stratification
- Lead cross functional biomarker discovery with pathologists biomarker scientists data scientists biologists clinicians and program teams
- Perform analytical and clinical validation for multimodal biomarkers to support regulatory submissions and companion diagnostic development
- Provide scientific leadership for AI computational pathology and multimodal biomarker development
- Represent computational pathology in scientific collaborations publications and conferences
