Associate Director Statistical Programming (Oncology)
Tasks
- Conduct quality audits of CRO work
- Develop standardized macros tools and workflows
- Implement global statistical programming strategy
- Interpret analysis requirements and coordinate with biostatistics
- Lead statistical programming deliverables
- Manage internal programmers and external vendors
- Negotiate outsourced programming scope and timelines
- Perform quality control and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare submission ready programming materials
- Review validate and troubleshoot SAS and R programs
- Support regulatory submission data submission package and define XML
- Train junior programmers and CRO staff
