Tasks
- Conduct Linux OS troubleshooting
- Diagnose physical layer network issues
- Execute hardware installations and repairs
- Install SSD and NVMe drives
- Manage Jira ticket queue
- Mentor contracted data center technicians
- Monitor ticket handling and resolution quality
- Onboard data center technicians
- Participate in data center on call rotation
- Perform break/fix repairs
- Resolve autobuild Linux Kickstart failures
- Troubleshoot escalated hardware issues
- Use IPMI for server troubleshooting
