Associate Principal AI Engineer
Tasks
- Architect GenAI and agentic AI systems for knowledge retrieval and workflow automation
- Build secure ingestion pipelines with privacy access control and governance
- Develop front end AI user experiences connecting to AI platforms and scientific data
- Drive CI CD model and app deployment with monitoring drift detection and observability
- Ensure human in the loop review safe rollout and compliance readiness
- Evaluate models and apply fine tuning and PEFT
- Implement safety guardrails hallucination controls and grounded reasoning
- Lead AI product areas and ML platform delivery
- Mentor junior engineers and establish AI engineering best practices
- Optimize inference for latency scalability and cost with vector search
