Tasks
- Add tests and monitoring to prevent recurring issues
- Build RAG and agentic pipelines with prompt and context engineering evaluation and observability
- Build data model and application pipelines with logging monitoring and reproducibility
- Build feature engineering training and evaluation pipelines with drift and fairness monitoring
- Build feature stores model deployment and serving
- Develop evaluation for offline and online model change validation
- Implement CI CD for ML and pipeline orchestration
- Monitor cost latency and reliability of models and services
- Reproduce triage and fix issues in live systems
- Transform notebooks into scheduled instrumented production services
- Write production Python and SQL services for healthcare data
