Tasks

• Assist users with meeting setup device connectivity and content sharing
• Conduct firmware updates and system health monitoring
• Diagnose and resolve audio video conferencing control faults
• Maintain AV documentation standards and asset registers
• Perform room checks and preventative maintenance
• Provide end user support guidance and informal training
• Provide onsite support for audio visual systems
• Support AV hardware for displays projectors microphones speakers cameras touch panels
• Support Crestron QSC AMX and Cisco Webex systems
• Troubleshoot AV signal flow switching and control interfaces
