Azure Data Engineer
Tasks
- Align security data with schemas naming conventions governance standards
- Collaborate with detection engineering and security operations teams
- Conduct telemetry gap analyses recommend coverage improvements
- Design build maintain security data ingestion pipelines
- Ensure security telemetry integrity completeness timeliness quality
- Improve ingestion frameworks automation onboarding processes
- Maintain documentation for log onboarding data mappings pipeline configuration
- Monitor pipeline performance optimize reliability throughput operational costs
- Onboard new log sources validate end to end data flows
- Parse normalize transform enrich validate security telemetry
- Stay current with cybersecurity telemetry formats logging standards data engineering practices
- Support infrastructure as code scripting automation
- Support logging practices for compliance audit retention data integrity
- Troubleshoot ingestion parsing transformation schema data quality issues
