Azure Data Platform Support Engineer (SRE) – Azure Networking & Platform Operations
Tasks
- Automate operational tasks using scripts and CLI
- Build and maintain infrastructure as code
- Execute ITIL incident change and problem management
- Implement IAM RBAC and security controls
- Improve operational processes using automation
- Maintain monitoring and observability
- Monitor workloads data pipelines and alerts
- Perform incident response root cause analysis and problem management
- Provide level 2 operational support
- Provide level 3 operational support
- Support Azure SQL Synapse Data Factory Databricks and Unity Catalog
- Support disaster recovery high availability and business continuity
- Troubleshoot Azure Networking components
- Use Git based workflows for automation
