- Architect and implement data platform architecture
- Build trusted insight using dimensional modeling and metric layer
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data requirements
- Deliver reliable documented data products
- Design scalable data pipelines and infrastructure
- Hire develop and manage performance
- Implement data governance security and quality controls
- Lead and grow data engineering team
- Own data engineering and analytics engineering vision and strategy
- Own team roadmap and prioritize stakeholder needs
