Backend Engineer - AI Agent & Governance
Tasks
- Build and optimize AI agent performance and evaluation
- Collaborate with customers to ship high-impact features
- Design and develop core control plane for AI agents
- Develop systems supporting multi-tenancy across cloud and on-prem
- Partner with product team to define roadmap and develop AI tooling
- Support custom RBAC, auth, AI guardrails, auditing, observability
