Tasks

• Apply knowledge of Marriott Bonvoy program and hotel services
• Assist guest services with purchasing items when authorized
• Conduct rooming according to service standards
• Coordinate with departments to resolve guest issues
• Deliver guest interactions in compliance with Luxury Quality Assurance standards
• Engage in guest conversation to personalize interactions
• Ensure cleanliness of entrance doors glass surfaces and elevators
• Greet and welcome guests at hotel entrances and public areas
• Handle special guest requests and accessibility needs
• Maintain clean and luxury appearance in public areas
• Maintain luggage carts bellman stand and equipment
• Park and valet guest vehicles using established procedures
• Promote and facilitate lobby and outlet services
• Provide bottled water and touch up cleaning for arrivals and departures
• Provide daily updates on guest vehicle counts and apply parking charges
• Provide welcome drink during check in
• Respond to guest requests and coordinate with internal departments
• Share local area knowledge with guests
