- Answer phones and assist guest requests

- Assist front desk operations as needed
- Assist guests entering and exiting shuttle vehicle
- Assist guests with luggage and escort to guest rooms
- Assist with banquet room setup and teardown
- Clean and maintain hotel common areas
- Communicate with hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Deliver items to guest rooms
- Follow hotel safety security and service standards
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet spaces
- Maintain cleanliness of shuttle vehicles
- Provide hotel amenities and local attraction information
- Respond promptly to guest concerns and requests
- Safely transport guests using hotel shuttle
- Support check in and check out procedures
