• Greet guests upon arrival
• Maintain entrance area and walkways cleanliness
• Maintain professional hotel presence
• Monitor driveway entrance and control guest traffic flow
• Own the lobby and concierge desk service delivery
• Provide concierge information for local area and Banff National Park
• Provide exceptional above and beyond guest service
• Provide personalized guest service
• Report guest comments and irregularities and follow up
