- Collaborate with guest services team and valet team to ensure smooth arrivals and departures
- Handle guest luggage upon arrival and departure
- Maintain a clean and orderly lobby
- Provide local attraction information
- Retrieve and park guest vehicles when needed
- Store luggage promptly and safely
- Welcome and escort guests to rooms
