Tasks
- Automate production services
- Build and update service configurations
- Build monitoring and observability dashboards
- Collaborate with development, architecture, and infrastructure teams
- Develop and test knowledge objects for faster resolution
- Drive problem management and service improvements
- Implement observability and monitoring instrumentation
- Lead incident management
- Lead service risk assessments
- Maintain recovery plans
- Manage capacity across service components
- Manage disaster recovery and resiliency
- Manage third party asset licensing compliance and optimization
- Perform incident triage and root cause analysis
- Provide production support on call
- Review and approve changes
- Review major releases and ensure service readiness
- Schedule and facilitate COB testing
- Support L2 service delivery objectives
