Business Analytics Manager
Tasks
- Coach and mentor analytical talent
- Contribute to long term business planning and forecasting
- Define team priorities and analytical standards
- Deliver executive insights presentations
- Drive adoption of advanced analytics
- Ensure KPI governance and consistent reporting
- Ensure consistency of KPI definitions across countries
- Establish analytics methodologies and standards
- Identify business opportunities risks and performance drivers
- Lead and develop Business Analyst team
- Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews
- Own business performance review framework
- Partner with Central Data teams for reporting and analytics requirements
- Prioritize reporting dashboard and analytics developments
- Provide analytical input for business cases market assessments pricing and launches
- Provide strategic analysis for subscriber growth retention churn
- Support group wide data and analytics initiatives
- Translate business needs into data requirements
