- Monitor dataset refresh and tune performance
- Optimize visualization performance and responsiveness
- Present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Resolve incidents and defects
- Transform requirements into digital data products
- Translate workflow needs into reporting requirements and KPIs
