Tasks
- Analyze CRM and SAP ERP data
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards
- Create Excel templates for targets incentives and allocations
- Ensure report accuracy and consistent source of truth
- Identify and automate manual reporting tasks
- Maintain SAP customer master data governance and approvals
- Manage SAP pricing and rebates accruals and reconciliations
- Prepare audit ready reporting for business users
- Provide ad hoc business analysis to leadership
- Resolve data issues with IT and Finance
- Standardize processes templates SOPs and training materials
- Support data quality accuracy and documentation
- Support sales incentive plan reporting
- Track contract renewals and compliance in SAP
