Tasks
- Align targets and reporting with finance and business unit leaders
- Analyze data from CRM and SAP ERP and finance systems
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards
- Design and maintain Excel templates for targets incentives and allocations
- Ensure reporting accuracy consistency and single source of truth
- Ensure reporting is audit ready and understood by business users
- Identify manual reporting tasks and improve using available tools
- Maintain SAP customer master data governance approvals and data quality
- Manage SAP pricing and rebates and margin protection
- Provide ad hoc analysis and insights for leadership and business units
- Resolve data issues and inconsistencies with IT and finance and global teams
- Standardize processes templates SOPs and training materials
- Support contract operations and renewals and compliance tracking
- Support data quality accuracy documentation
- Support sales incentive plan reporting and budget alignment
