Sr Manager, HR Analytics & Employee Programs
Tasks
- Act as subject matter expert for benefits policies mobility and HR analytics
- Analyze HR trends
- Collaborate with finance on forecasting and cost control
- Coordinate relocation provider services
- Define HR performance dashboards
- Design and manage global employee programs and policies
- Ensure benefits competitiveness and internal equity
- Ensure compliance with labor and tax regulations
- Ensure data accuracy across HRIS payroll and finance systems
- Ensure immigration tax and employment law compliance
- Lead HR transformation and digitalization projects
- Lead benefits communication strategies
- Manage global broker relationships
- Manage global mobility policies
- Own end to end global mobility processes
- Partner with legal and compliance on regulatory topics
- Produce HR executive reports
- Provide international talent deployment advisory support
- Support audits and regulatory reporting
- Support workforce planning insights
