Chief of Staff to the Managing Director of AI

- Build and scale AI-powered systems and processes
- Conduct discovery, assess risks, and plan rollouts
- Coordinate with internal and external teams for build and deployment
- Design AI-enabled processes and automated systems
- Design and improve AI operational workflows
- Design prompts, playbooks, and governance models
- Establish evaluation, safety, and governance routines
- Identify strategic leverage points in AI
- Implement lightweight automation and feedback loops
- Lead AI transformation methodology and frameworks
- Lead organization-wide AI adoption initiatives
- Lead stakeholder management, enablement, and client communication
- Manage end-to-end client AI solution delivery
- Manage staffing, vendors, and project scope
- Partner with leadership to translate priorities into plans
- Prepare summaries, reports, and thought leadership content
- Produce executive materials for decision-making
- Translate AI capabilities into business cases and roadmaps
