Tasks
- Assist staffing level management
- Conduct coaching for new and tenured employees
- Coordinate restocking and cleaning
- Ensure OSHA compliance
- Execute clinical improvement plans
- Follow scripts and clinic protocols
- Handle patient and visitor complaints
- Maintain unit readiness
- Monitor patient flow and reduce wait times
- Review scheduled testing visits in EMR for conflicts or updates
- Submit supply orders and review scheduling
- Supervise clinic staff training and cross training
