Cloud Data Engineer — Snowflake BigQuery Migration
Tasks
- Architect secure scalable data lakes and warehouses on Google Cloud
- Automate infrastructure provisioning with Infrastructure-as-Code
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver end to end data solutions
- Define migration strategies and data models
- Design batch and streaming data pipelines
- Design partitioning clustering storage and workload management
- Ensure data quality observability lineage
- Establish data processing and governance frameworks
- Implement CI CD pipelines for data platform deployments
- Lead data warehouse migrations to BigQuery
- Optimize BigQuery queries and reduce operational costs
- Provide technical leadership mentoring and architectural guidance
- Set up monitoring alerting and operational automation
