• Perform day to day operations for SQL Server and Azure SQL backups restorations patching monitoring access provisioning
• Perform vulnerability remediation certificate lifecycle management secret lifecycle management
• Provide run level support for Azure Data Factory and Logic Apps restart resubmit dependency validation
• Triage incidents apply first fix remediation escalate complex issues
