- Deliver proactive observability to improve MTTR
- Design and implement cloud native database solutions
- Design and manage hybrid connectivity on premise to cloud
- Drive database platform standardisation and governance
- Enable engineering to operations transition with monitoring backup and recovery
- Implement Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and Terragrunt
- Lead automation through CI CD pipelines
- Mentor team members and promote DevOps automation first culture
- Optimise database performance capacity storage and reliability
- Own end to end AWS cloud platform lifecycle
- Provide L2/L3 support and incident resolution
