Tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
- Create and maintain support documentation
- Develop automation for repetitive tasks
- Execute pipelines and scripts
- Gather technical requirements for DLZ
- Implement Infrastructure as Code deployments
- Improve cloud support operations
- Onboard data landing zones
- Provide first level cloud support through ServiceNow
- Provision and configure Azure and Databricks resources
- Troubleshoot Databricks requests
