Tasks
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve technical issues
- Continuously improve cloud support operations
- Create and maintain support documentation
- Develop automation for repetitive operational tasks
- Execute pipelines and automated processes
- Gather and analyze requirements for onboarding data landing zones
- Implement infrastructure as code for Azure resources
- Investigate and resolve Databricks and cloud requests
- Provide first-level technical support through ServiceNow
- Provision and configure Azure and Databricks resources
