Tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
- Create and maintain support documentation
- Develop automation for repetitive tasks
- Execute scripts and automated processes
- Gather technical requirements
- Improve cloud support operations
- Onboard data landing zones
- Provide first level technical support via ServiceNow
- Provision Azure and Databricks resources using pipelines
- Troubleshoot Databricks and cloud issues
- Use Infrastructure as Code to deploy Azure resources
