Cloud Platform Engineer – Data Platforms (Remote -- United States)
Tasks
- Automate aws deployments using github repositories and pull requests
- Build reusable s3 storage zones iam roles policies kms encryption networking and observability patterns
- Create documentation runbooks and support guidance for deployed capabilities
- Design terraform infrastructure patterns for aws data lake
- Embed security compliance tagging naming logging monitoring standards in infrastructure modules
- Enable data engineering teams with self service platform capabilities onboarding and documentation
- Implement github actions pipelines for testing documentation troubleshooting
- Maintain and improve terraform modules based on operational feedback
- Optimize aws infrastructure for cost performance scalability resilience and operational efficiency
- Validate ai assisted outputs before production use
