Tasks
- Analyze replication backups indexing and connectivity issues
- Collaborate with product and engineering on escalations
- Guide customers on scalable reliable database architecture
- Identify automation opportunities to streamline support workflows
- Maintain technical documentation and runbooks
- Participate in incident response and on-call rotations
- Provide hands on technical support for database and cloud issues
- Troubleshoot production database performance and availability
- Use monitoring and observability tools to diagnose bottlenecks
