- Assess technical issues and business impact
- Develop knowledge content and runbooks
- Escalate and coordinate with engineering QA and development teams
- Lead complex technical problem management
- Manage technical communication with customers and stakeholders
- Perform fault isolation and problem reproduction
- Provide technical support for Morpheus virtualization
- Resolve complex break fix issues
- Troubleshoot PCBE control plane and infrastructure components
- Troubleshoot and optimize PCBE and infrastructure performance
