- Administer employee benefits
- Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors
- Collect validate analyze HR and compensation data
- Conduct pay equity analysis
- Develop dashboards and self-service analytics
- Drive compensation reporting and system improvements
- Ensure compliant compensation processes
- Ensure data integrity in HRIS and compensation systems
- Execute bonus processes
- Maintain compensation policies and documentation
- Manage system access and configuration
- Plan annual salary review
- Produce regular reports and insights
- Support union related discussions with analytics
