Tasks
- Analyze as is business processes
- Conduct Fit-to-Standard workshops
- Document lessons learned and implement improvement initiatives
- Execute data migration testing and validation
- Harmonize tenant and contract data
- Identify business requirements
- Improve data validation and migration approach
- Lead Mergers and Acquisitions post merger integration workstream
- Manage risk and dependency and stakeholder alignment
- Manage work planning and status reporting
- Provide entitlement management subject matter expertise
- Provide fulfillment process subject matter expertise
- Support data mapping for tenant and contract data
- Support productive data migration and go live
- Translate requirements into functional and technical designs
