- Analyze customer and behavioral data for customer insights
- Build and maintain KPI systems data models dashboards and reporting
- Create analyses reports and success evaluations
- Develop data driven customer segmentation and scoring
- Generate action recommendations for marketing and CRM teams
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Support assortment marketing and campaign decisions with forecasts
