• Analyze service rate and stockout rate
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders
• Coordinate product availability communication to customers
• Ensure system parameters are up to date

• Maintain 3 month product availability visibility
• Monitor order processing malfunctions
• Prepare and run Sales and Operations Execution meetings
• Prepare and run stock in and stock out follow up meetings
• Report issues to stakeholders

• Write and distribute meeting minutes
