Customer Order & Fulfillment Specialist

Tasks

• Coordinate short term production planning
• Create demand schedule for production
• Fulfill demand for spare and small materials
• Initiate QWFs and manage communication
• Input customer forecasts and orders
• Manage customer orders in Oracle ERP
• Reconcile open purchase orders weekly
• Serve as primary contact for customer change requests
• Submit transportation requests to logistics
• Support product transfer and new product introduction
• Support shipment process with accurate data
