• Coordinate customer delivery enquiries
• Coordinate regulatory changes with finance and supply chain
• Execute price agreement renewals
• Gather distribution information with cross functional teams
• Generate invoices and credit notes
• Maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards
• Manage order entry and billing accuracy
• Process customer purchase orders
• Provide case management in Salesforce Service Cloud
• Support eStore ordering and reordering interface with SAP
• Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities
• Update pricing in SAP
