Customer Service & Shopify Fulfillment Coordinator
Tasks
- Assist customers with orders shipping updates returns exchanges
- Coordinate order fulfillment with warehouse and partners
- Generate shipping labels
- Inspect return requests for policy compliance
- Maintain customer interaction records
- Maintain product information and inventory updates in Shopify
- Maintain return records and reporting
- Manage order updates cancellations address changes
- Monitor customer feedback and improve service
- Prepare reports for customer service metrics fulfillment performance and returns
- Process Shopify orders
- Process returns exchanges refunds and store credits
- Resolve customer concerns and escalations
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Support inventory counts and reconciliation
- Support sales events product launches and promotions
- Track inventory availability
- Troubleshoot fulfillment issues delayed shipments and carrier claims
