Customer Success Engineer - Database (2nd Shift)
Tasks
- Advocate for customer feedback to improve products and platforms
- Analyze customer architectures and recommend best practices
- Collaborate with product and engineering on onboarding migrations and escalations
- Diagnose and resolve production database performance availability replication backups and connectivity issues
- Guide customers in designing scalable reliable high performing database architectures
- Maintain technical documentation and support playbooks
- Participate in incident response and on-call rotations
- Perform root cause analysis and resolution for complex escalations
- Provide technical support for database and cloud infrastructure issues
- Use monitoring and observability tools to identify performance bottlenecks
