Customer Success Engineer - Database (2nd Shift)
Tasks
- Advocate for customer feedback to improve products and platforms
- Analyze customer architectures and recommend best practices
- Collaborate with product and engineering for customer outcomes
- Contribute to root cause analysis and resolution for escalations
- Deliver hands on technical support for database and cloud issues
- Diagnose and resolve production database incidents
- Guide customers in designing scalable reliable high performing database architectures
- Identify automation and AI opportunities to streamline support workflows
- Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base playbooks
- Optimize database performance availability replication backups and connectivity
- Participate in incident response and on-call rotations
- Use monitoring and observability tools to diagnose performance bottlenecks
