CX Analytics Engineer
Tasks
- Automate recurring data workflows and reporting to enable scalable self serve analytics
- Build and maintain pipelines dashboards metrics and reporting tools for CX leaders
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and Analytics teams on best practices and data infrastructure
- Implement data quality governance with testing monitoring and documentation standards
- Own design build and maintain data models and pipelines for CX operations compliance reporting and customer insights
- Partner with CX Operations Compliance and Product teams to translate business needs into data requirements and self serve analytics solutions
