Tasks
- Communicate status to agency management and internal customers
- Configure and manage Unix and Windows operating systems
- Configure and manage network components and implement OS enhancements
- Install load and troubleshoot operating system software
- Manage daily configuration and operation of IT systems
- Optimize system operations and resource utilization
- Perform monitoring and problem resolution for client server storage and network devices
- Perform system capacity analysis and planning
- Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems
- Provide tier 1 help desk problem identification, diagnosis and resolution
- Provide tier 2 escalation problem identification diagnosis and resolution
