Tasks
- Automate disaster recovery and backup orchestration
- Automate testing and implement CI/CD pipelines
- Build automated retraining pipelines and continuous learning
- Build batch and streaming data processing services
- Build cost tracking resource optimization and billing services
- Build model serving and inference APIs for batch and real time predictions
- Collaborate with data engineers infrastructure teams data scientists and ML engineers
- Develop Kubernetes operators for custom resource management
- Develop microservices for data ingestion transformation API exposure processing
- Ensure scalability reliability and security for data and ML workloads
- Implement RESTful GraphQL and gRPC APIs
- Implement caching strategies and query optimization
- Implement fault tolerance retry mechanisms and error handling
- Implement model registry versioning and metadata tracking
- Implement security posture monitoring and compliance checking
- Integrate cloud provider APIs for multi cloud scenarios
- Integrate data lakehouse for unified batch streaming storage
- Integrate metadata management and data catalog
- Maintain code quality with testing and code reviews
- Manage ML lifecycle training evaluation deployment monitoring
- Manage cloud infrastructure compute storage networking
- Manage feature store and feature engineering pipelines
- Monitor models for drift performance and data quality
- Orchestrate and provision cloud resources
- Track data lineage and perform impact analysis
- Validate and monitor data quality
