- Analyze call recordings and fix failures
- Build conversation flows and call pathways
- Maintain prompt library and best practices
- Onboard customers and deploy agents
- Provide feedback to Product and Engineering
- Red team agents and address edge cases
- Test and iterate prompts
- Test vernacular inputs in Indian languages
- Write system prompts for voice agents
